Eid ul Azha coming to an end basically means stuffing yourself with meaty feasts. Many people have already planned Bar BQ and yummy Biryani, Pulao dawats. During this peak time of meaty meals everywhere, Steemit Pakistan has come up with the most appropriate contest topic for us. I am already loving the responses under this contest post. And finally came up with my Favourite Big Eid Recipe.
I am going to be sharing Chicken Tikka Spaghetti recipe. I dont know if its normal to eat chicken during Eid ul Azha season?! But yeah, I am a chicken person and my recipe is also gonna include chicken in it. But for your own variations you can add beef too, in place of chicken.
Please don't sue me but I am really a chicken lover who is already suffering this 'no-chicken' season :D
Let's start with my recipe.

First of we'll have to boil spaghetti. I used one whole packet. After boiling, strain it and run tap water through it to stop its cooking process.
Once straining and watering is done, keep it aside.
Now coming towards the sauce of spaghetti.
Take one separate cooking pot and add 2 tbs of oil in it. Then add 2 tbsp of ginger garlic paste and one chicken cube.
Now we'll blend 3 medium sized tomatoes and 10-12 green chillies. You can adjust the quantity of chillies according to your spice level. Once you blend them both, it will turn into a puree like form. Like this:
Now turn on the flame at medium to low and add 250 grams of boneless chicken in this puree.
After adding chicken, add all the spices. I added only those spices that are shown in the picture below. But you can also add other spices according to your likes.
The key ingredient of this recipe is Chicken Tikka Masala. I love how this enhances the taste of spaghetti. The spice level it creates is just so perfect for me. You can adjust the quantity of these spices according to your spice level.
Once you have added all the spices, now cover the lid of cooking pot and let chicken get tender.
Cover the lid and leave it for like 10-12 minutes at medium to low flame.
After 10-12 minutes check out if chicken has tendered enough.
Now coming back to the strained spaghetti. We'll have to again run water through it to separate all the noodles. Then after leaving it for 3-4 minutes, add this spaghetti in the spacghetti sauce.
Now take a frying pan and sauté all the vegetable on high flame.
I only added capsicum, carrot and spring onion. But you can add whatever chinese vegetables you like.
Once the vegetable are sautéd. Add them in a spaghetti mix.
Then all you have to do is toss toss toss!
Toss the spaghetti for good 5 minutes and make sure all the spaghetti is mixed perfectly with the sauce.
Now cover the lid and leave it for 5-7 mins on low flame.
And Tadddaaa!!!! Chicken Tikka Spaghetti is ready.

My family loves this spaghetti. Whenever I make it I always get so many good compliments from my family.
