We thoroughly check the wallet before selecting a person's post for best picks. It seems the user in question withdrew steem after being featured in this post. This post is made 23 hours ago and she made the withdrawal 18 hours ago.
We will be more careful and keep guiding the members.
Edited to add:
It turns out its our mistake. She didn't use the tag in first place. I selected her post based on her wallet's transactions which were 50:50 at the time of selection, making her eligible for club5050.
I will be more vigilant next time.
