Hello everyone!

It's going to be a quick announcement post...

We were supposed to announce the new moderators by the end of this week. The one person who met all the criteria is @uzma4882. Therefore, we have decided to appoint her as the moderator.

You will be on probation for 2 weeks. If your performance remains satisfactory as a moderator, then your role will be officially changed by the beginning of 3rd week.

Please contact @event-horizon in private so that you can be briefed about your tasks.

To Rest of the applicants,

We were looking to add upto 3 people but unfortunately most people didn't meet the criteria mentioned. Also, only one male user applied who himself is a newbie and rest of the applicants were all female.

There were some close calls, so we encourage you all to work on the areas that you are lacking in. Based on your activities, we might appoint more moderators in the coming weeks.
