Let me explain the background how did I start my online business.

Almost 2 years before one of my friend gave me 20 unsitched suite and said ""I could not sell these please help me, You sell them and gave me just my investment that is 30,000 rupees". I said to her, "I will try my best and I want nothing ". But she said" please I need money of 30,000 urgently ". I gave her amount as borrow.

But these suites were sold out in three day by me. I called her that I had sold them. She replied all money that you got was yours I had taken my investment. In this way I got profit of 12000rupees in 3day. That amount was enough for me to thought I'm a good trader.

My first orderd:

My cousin told me to make fb page for your clothes and sold them on it, but I don't want to sell at local level. I got an order from Saudia jeddah by some references. I did online meeting with them, they chose some designs and their shipment was ready to dispatched after 3days.First 4 samples of stitched suites were sent to them then they ordered 150 suites.

I was very happy and thinking that I would be a great business woman. But my husband was not liking my work and the online meeting with them so he strickly ordered me to stop that online work, he was not understanding all of that. So unwillingly I refused to complete that order.

In means time I have prepared 35 dresses. I had put 25 days of efforts to find true wholesalers and tailors that worked for ready-made garments. It was not for my first order, it's just because I wanted to do my business at large scale gradually. I was upset when my husband stopped me for work.

I literally cried and depressed for weeks, not because of my investment that was putting in making 35 dresses, only for the plans that was made by me, but my family peace was my first priority so I canceled that order.

Apparently it was loss:

After canceling of order I got online payment of four samples suites from buyer.
It was just 9700 pk rupees. While 35 suites were ready and I had investment of 79,000pk rupees on my consignment. So it was apparently a big loss for a new business of an ordinary woman.

Took a new step :

I was thinking what should I do with these dresses?. My aunt called me (she lived in America). I told her I started small business of boutique. She said show your suits and choosed 12 suits from them. I gave him pictures of all dresses and said show them to your friends and in laws. More 4 suits were sold out.

Now I had 19 suites so I took risk on my behalf and sent them to USA when dispatched aunt's suits. you know the dispatched charges are high and I put more 19000 rupees on my loss and dispatched them to USA. My aunt sent only payment of 12 dresses that she bought. 19 dresses +19, 000 rupees was still in loss.

Before dispatched my aunt said, "I'm not responsible for these?" and total loss was mine.
After 1month my dresses were sold out and gave me profit and when I calculated with clear mind I got almost double returns. That made me more courage.

How I manage my business :

I want to Clear you that is my moto for work

your hard work will never ruin.

So do your work with honesty and get reward. I have joined what's app groups of wholesaler. They provide pictures of suites with wholesale price. I have made a what's app group just for my regular overseas clients and take orders.
Mostly my consignment are my own designed dresses.

Second step is buy the unsticthed dresses on demand then designed them by the help of my tailor.

After stitching packed them and then dispatch via FedEx. My experience with FedEx is best so I always use this for sending parcels.

When my clients get their parcel, take feedback from them.

I get money through western union or direct transaction to my account.

My future plans :

I don't make plans because I'm not taking this business as future. I'm doing just satisfying myself that I have some ability. Beside this my business is growing gradually by grace of Allah.
Due to pendemic situation I'm taking fewer orders but still doing my business.

My suggestion :

Always do that work which you like, with honesty. For any business make your mind ready for 100% loss, it will make you strong to take bold step.
