The perfect way to make rice from beef 12-july-2022

Today I will tell you the complete process of making rice from beef

Ingredients
- Beef 2 kg
- One KG of rice
- Salt to taste
- 2 tablespoons hot spices
- A box of biryani spices
- 6 green chillies
- Pepper to taste
- Three tomatoes
- Yogurt 200 grams
- Three large onions
- Two tablespoons of garlic
- Two tablespoons of ginger
- Pickles 50 grams
- Kashmir ghee 250 grams
- 20 grams round red pepper

The perfect way to make rice from beef
- First I cut the beef into small pieces and then I lit a fire in the stove. After the fire, I put the meat in a pot and put water and salt in it so that the meat would melt.

- On the other hand, I soaked one kilogram of rice in water. Then after thirty minutes the beef melted well. I took the meat off the stove and put it in a saucepan.

- Then I took a big pot and put it on the stove in which to cook rice. Then I put 250 grams of Kashmir ghee inside the pot and left it to heat. On the other hand, I took three large onions and cut them into large pieces. When I saw that the ghee had become gram, then I put the onion in it.

- When the onion started to turn red, then I put the beef in it, which we had kept on the cheek. I mixed the meat well.



- On the other hand, I put yogurt, green chillies, hot spices, red chillies, garlic and ginger in a grinder jar and grated them all well. It became a paste of all these ingredients. I also cut the tomatoes into rounds. When I saw that the meat spice was about to be ready, I put the paste of all these ingredients and the tomatoes inside the meat and mixed it well. So that they mix well inside the meat.



- Then I cooked it well. When the spice was well cooked, I added water to it. Because the rice was one kilogram, I added two kilograms of water and left it to boil. On the other hand, the rice that I had soaked in water was taken out of the water and washed thoroughly. When it boiled, I put the rice in it and mixed the rice well.

- Ten minutes later, when the water started to dry, I used a wet cloth to suffocate the rice. Simmer the rice on low heat for 20 minutes. When I opened the day, I turned yellow to change the color of the rice. You can see.
