Today I m going to cook biryani its everyone's favorite but time taking to 😎 cook.
So start the recipe
Ingredients
• Beef 1 kg
• Red chili flakes
• Salt
• Garam masala
• Food color
• Tomato
• Green chili
• Oil
• Onion
Cooking Method
• Take one kg beef.
• first, take beef and boil it. along with that yakhni I am using to cook yakhni beef biryani.
• Take a pan and now I going to put onion in it.
• When it becomes golden brown.
I will add chili flakes garam masala and salt it.
• Add 🍅 tomato and green chili to it.
• Let's fry it.
• Now add yakhni and beef to it.
• Now I will add rice to it.
• When the water dried. keep it under low flames for 10 minutes. Add food color to it.
• Now it read to eat.
• Serve with raita hope you will like it.

Has a good amount of L-carnitine which is an amino acid this is good for fat metabolism
Beef has an antioxidant name is glutathione which is good for illness and has an anti-aging effect
Beef is good for muscle mass because it has a huge amount of protein
Have a huge amount of minerals beef is also good for lean mass
Beef can be used to prevent iron deficiency anemia
Beef all has a lot of vitamins
It is also used to improve exercise performance
Rice health benefits .
- It is an anti-inflammatory agent and also gluten-free.it is good in celiac disease
- It improves our nervous system because rice have B vitamin which produces the neurotransmitter
- It issource of energy
- It prevents constipation and diuretic digestive qualities
- It is good for heart health control sugar level BP
Onion have many nutrients including vitamin c
Improve heart system by reducing cholesterol level
Have huge amount of antioxidant which diabetes reduce cancer
boost the bone densityantibacterial affects
