Today I will share with you my best and healthiest recipe of the week. In our country now the month of Ramadan is going on, we usually take extra oily food in the month of Ramadan. Traditionally, Bangladeshis consume a variety of local oily foods during the month of Ramadan, although in many cases they are not healthy. But if you can make all these foods at home in the right way, it is possible to keep them healthy or of good quality.

Because people are reluctant to avoid traditional foods, I think we need to be aware of eating all those foods in a healthy way. Because some foods are not good for us, but still people are more interested in them. So today's recipe is very simple but agreeable to health, I can say this with confidence.

The recipe that I will share today is called ‘Pakura’ in the local language. But I came out of the ordinary and tried to make it a little different. I used a familiar and natural vegetable to make ‘Pakura’. So let's take a look at today's healthy recipe-

First of all, let's know the names of the ingredients that will be needed to make it.

Cabbage,
Veson (Chickpea powder),
Rice powder,
Turmeric powder,
Pepper powder,
Coriander powder,
Salt,
Coriander leaves,
Raw pepper,
Onions and
Oil.

Then let's know about its preparation method-

Although the preparation method depends on your own. Because of we make all the food according to our taste. So I think that formula applies in this case too. Because of the type of cooking is entirely our own affair. Still let's see how I prepared it.

First we have to slice the cabbage nicely, then we will boil them, then it will taste more to eat. Although many people in our country do not cook. Because of as I said before everything depends on our own taste. You can make it boiled, you can make it without boiling again. However, I prefer to eat cooked.

However we will boil them first, then make a nice mixture with beson, rice powder and all the other ingredients. You can use some water if you need to make the mixture, because the better the mixture, the easier it will be for us to fry.

Then we put a pan in the oven to fry them and add some oil after it gets hot. Because of if the pan with oil is not hot, the fry will not be nice. So you have to wait for some time after giving the pan and oil.

After the oil is heated, it is necessary to fry in hot oil with some amount of ingredients from the mixtures before mixing all the ingredients. You can understand the subject better by looking at my pictures. You have to wait for some time, when their color turns brown, you have to take it off.

Once fried, take them down, then you can enjoy hot with sauce or chutney. We usually prefer to eat them with Puffed rice in the month of Ramadan. You can also enjoy these during tiffin time.

Wow brilliant apu but I don't like cooking for me, I like eating only 😂😜😛

মাঝে মাঝে চেস্টা করা উচিত আপনার এবং আমাদেরকে দাওয়াত করতে পারেন।

Perfect pakora recipe 👌This is a very famous dish. It is made in every house in the month of Ramadan in Pakistan. Without this dish, the table looks incomplete and in normal days it is made as an evening snack.😍

Yes you are right, this is one of our common items in Ramadan Iftar.
