Hi Steemian!

The weather was very hot, I felt hungry, I decided to cook macaroni as it's easy and tasty.

Ingredients

• Macaroni
• One onion
• Mutton mince 250 gram
• Chilli garlic sauce 1/2 cup
• Garlic chopped
• Cumin seeds
• Black pepper
• Salt according to taste
• Butter one spoon

How to cook

• First of all boiling of macaroni

• I take about 1 liter of water and added one teaspoon salt, waited till boil then added macaroni. Boiled for 10 to 15 minutes until softened.

• In the pressure cooker added half glass of water and one chopped onion as it started boiling added mince. Closed the lid waited for a whistle and then boiled for 10 minutes.

• After 10 minutes I checked it was done.

• Added little butter in it and roasted it for two minutes.

• Added chopped garlic and fry for one minute.

• Macaroni was soft I drained water and added little oil to the macaroni and set it aside.

• Now mince is ready added half a cup of chili garlic sauce and mix well. Added black pepper and cumin seeds in mince

• The last step, added macaroni in mince mixed well it's looking yummy. Must try it if you like.
