Hope everybody is doing well. I am going to take part in the food contest of art & food contest organized by Steem Bangladesh. Yet today I have tried to do something without being able to. Today I will present to you a different subject. That is to make ripe mango paste. I know that everyone is experienced in this subject but I have done it because I have not seen anyone post on this subject. So let's take a look at the cooking steps-

Material :

1. Fresh ripe mangoes left from the tree,
2. A clean pot,
3. A few green chillies and a few dried chillies,
4. Salt,
5. Mustard oil,
6. A little sugar to make it sweeter,
7. Water,
8. Another plate.

Step: 1

First I cut the mangoes from the tree and then put them in a container.

Then leave the mangoes in a container of clean water and do not clean them by hand.

Then I peel the mangoes one by one and put them in another container.

Then we cut the mangoes into small pieces by making them suitable for butter.

Then I take all the ingredients and put them on a plate.

Then mix the mangoes with the ingredients taken in that batter and do not make it for a while. The diameter became delicious mango paste.
