Health is everything because without you cannot do anything in life.we all know that health is important but some live lifestyles that affect their health negatively, the human body is like a machine and we need to take good care of it before it break down down,this can as a result of old age but most people out there face a lot a health problems which might be caused by their everyday lifestyles which is not normal. This can lead to alot of complicated diseases or may even result in premature death.

According to the WHO health is the state of complete physical, mental and social well-being of an individual and not merely the absence of diseases or infirmity.
The health of an individual is an important resource that enables a person to function properly ,perform everyday task and contribute effectively to general good of his society and the world at large.

There are basically three types of health but financial, health,emotional and spiritual health also contribute to the well-being of the individual.

Physical health is the ability of the body to function effectively at its maximum without hindrances. The physical health of an individual supports a person to perform physical task of everyday life which include walking,working playing and many more

Mental health refers to how sound the mind of an individual is ,which will help the individual to reason properly and to take decisions that would make life meaningful for him. The whole body depends on the brain for directions and without a healthy mind we cannot function properly as humans.

Social health human beings are social beings so the need to develop healthy relationships among ourselves this enables as to interact, play and entertain ourselves. This social health is necessary for our progress in the society

Things that can destroy our health
The genetic factors of an individual can affect his health.
Bad eating habits
The consumption of illegal drugs such cocaine.
Some factors of the environment can affect our health .Such as Pollution in the surrounding.
When you stay in a place were social vices is rampant or there is no peace in that area can destroy your health.

How to develop a healthy lifestyle
Going for medical check ups regularly.
Always eat nutritious and balanced diets
Eat a lot of fruit and vegetables .
Doing exercise can help maintain your health.
You can control and also manage your stress levels.
Create cordial relationships without others and care for each other.
Drink a lot of water during the day and little water at night.
Laugh more .
