Swimming
History
Swimming was first started by the English. The word swimming comes from the English swimming. 1836 The first swimming competition is held in London. The Olympics have included men's swimming since 1898 and women's swimming since 1912. The International Swimming Association was formed in 1908.
Swimming exercises all the organs of the body. Everyone should learn to swim for health, survival, and happiness.
Swimming accessories
A. Bananas,
B. Tubes for motor wheels,
C. Buoys to save lives,
D. Floating wood or bamboo etc.
Caution during swimming practice:
- Choosing low water or shallow places;
- Keeping swimming areas safe by removing garbage and hazardous materials;
- Keep near floating objects;
- To keep an experienced swimmer close to him when he drowns;
- Not practicing swimming on an empty stomach etc.
Four types of competitive swimming:
- Pearl Swimming
- Back stroke
- Breast stroke
- Butterfly
Techniques
pearl swimming.
This swimming is called pearl swimming. In this style you can swim very fast.
Body position: The body should be kept upside down and parallel to the water. The middle head of the water needs to be changed from time to time. Sometimes lifting on the water, sometimes tilting the house.
★ Handicrafts: -
- The hand should be raised straight to the front;
- The hand should be moved straight to the side of the body, keeping the water parallel and moving forward
- When the hand touches the water in front of the head, then the work of the hand will start in the water.
- You have to pull the water first with your hand inside the water, then you have to push it backwards.
Footwork: -
- The work of the legs starts from the waist. One by one the right leg and the left leg will go up and down and move forward.
- The legs should be bent at the knees and the soles of the feet should be straight.
Breathing: -
Inhale or exhale with your face turned over the water while swimming.
Rules of pearl swimming:-
- Pearl swimming needs to start climbing up the starting block;
- You have to swim with pearls on your back;
- Do not swim with the water itself;
- The hand work will be like S under water.
Chit swimming.
Body condition: -
The body should be kept upright in the pub. Usually the head should be kept under water. The focus should be on the ankles.
★ Handicrafts: -
The two hands should be taken straight into the water near the head. The position of the hands will be one by one while swimming. One hand will rise from the water and one hand will descend.
Footwork: -
There is a lot of foot work like free swimming. Usually foot work is like kicking a football.
Breathing: -
Breathing is to be taken normally.
Rules of Chit Swimming: -
- You have to start swimming in the water by holding the handle;
- The chit is to be cut into the chit of swimming;
- The kick of Chit Satar's feet will be from the waist.
Book swimming.
Body position: -
When swimming in the chest, the body should be kept almost parallel to the water.
★ Handicrafts: -
Two hands should be taken with one in the middle of the water. The palms of the hands should be placed slightly downwards and outwards. You have to break the elbow and press down with both hands. As soon as the hands come in front of the chest, you have to move them towards the front.
Footwork: -
You have to break your knees with both legs and kick like a frog in the water. The feet should be placed on the outside.
Breathing: -
You have to lift your head in front and breathe in and out of the water.
★ Chest swimming rules: -
- You have to start swimming with the dive;
- There will be body weight on the chest during swimming;
- Cannot swim underwater;
- Both arms and legs should move at the same time and in the same manner.
Butterfly swimming.
Body position: -
The body of this swimmer builds up very quickly. When the foot is kicked downwards, the waist then rises upwards.
★ Hand work: -
In this swim, hand work will be done together. Whether under water or above, hands cannot be put on the ass. Under the water, the hand should be brought up to the waist.
Footwork: -
In this swim, the position of the feet will be like a dolphin kick. Two feet should never be placed before or after. One has to rise and fall.
Breathing: -
Breathe through the mouth while raising the head.
Rules of Butterfly Swimming: -
- You have to start by lifting the block and jumping;
- This swim is to be cut by mass;
- To kick with the feet;
- The hand can go behind the waist and so on
