List of nutritious foods
Nutritious food plays an important role for our body. We need to eat nutritious food to keep the body fresh and fresh. Such meat plays a very important role in our body.

Most of the people in Bangladesh are now meeting the demand for healthy food at home. For this we need to eat non-vegetarian and nutritious food. So that we can meet the needs of the immune system.

Among the vegetables, there are good varieties of greens and broccoli. We can also get some meat in boiled potatoes. Vegetables are a green food and these green foods contain a lot of non-vegetarian food. Vegetables are rich in vitamins. Which keeps our body fresh.
Fruits
We need to eat fruits daily because fruits also contain a lot of vitamins. When we eat fruits, our body structure is right. When we are sick, our blood is increased with the help of fruits. Fruits contain a lot of energy.
Pizza Burger
Many people in our country now prefer to eat pizza, burgers. In fact, eating too much of it puts our body at risk and makes our health fat and harmful. Playing too much of it makes our body a little heavier and slowly makes us sick.
So each of us should always eat nutritious food so that our body structure is right. And it can increase immunity.
