TODAY'S RECIPE : " BEEF NIHARI"
"NIHARI"
Nihari is a popular food. It is also very popular among Muslims in Our Bangladesh. The word "Nihari" in Persian means morning, This dish is named "Nehari" because it is eaten for Breakfast.

02 | Garlic Paste | 1.5 tea spoons |
03 | Jira Paste | 1.5 tea spoons |
04 | Chili powder | 1.5 teas poons |
05 | Yellow Powder | Half a tea spoon |
06 | Ginger paste | 1 tea spoons |
07 | Salt | Like the taste |
08 | Hot spices | Half a tea spoon |
09 | Coriander Powder | . 5 tea spoons |
10 | Onion Crush | 2 table spoons |
11 | Soybean Oil | 2 table spoons |
12 | Ghee | 1 tea spoon |

STEP-01:
The legs of the cow should be cleaned and cut into pieces according to the size. And washed and put in clean containers.
STEP-2
Collect all kinds of spices and keep them in containers.This time I took ginger, garlic, cumin and hot spices in Shil Pata. You can also blend it if you want.
This time I mixing the cut pieces of beef legs well with spices, oil and kept them in the fridge for 3/4 hours so that the spices reach the inside of the Beef Nihari.

STEP-04:
Now put the pressure cooker in the oven and add oil and spices s mixing it properly in low heat.
STEP -05:
Now i put the beef legs in a pressure cooker and keep mixing till 5/10 minutes.
STEP-06:
Now put the lid on the pressure cooker with light hot water and increase heat of woven.
STEP-07
Now you have to wait until pressure cooker has been completed at least 15 Whistle.when it complete this dish is ready for serve.

After cooking, remove the nihari from the pressure cooker and serve on a plate.
