Steemit Promotion Challenge #01 : Buddy ! it's called steemit !

It's @besticofinder here. I'm really interested in this competition Steemit Promotion Challenge #01 : How Do You Introduce Steemit? organized by @steemingcurators. The reason is , introducing Steemit Platform to people is something what I'm doing from the start. You may have seen that number of newcomers joining this platform mentioning my name as the introducer , but I personally don't know some of them actually. So how was that possible. Okey.. let me explain. Today I'm going to reveal what are the strategies I'm using to promote Steemit platform. So you can use them to bring more people to this wonderful platform and make it more and more strong.

Introducing steemit is really easy as it's a perfect platform. Introducing a really good things which has lot of benefits should not be difficult. But identifying right people is a difficult step. I talked to my friends who were active in other blogging platforms like Medium , Quora. And people who maintaining their personal blogging websites. Personally my wife was maintaining a personal blog. But she totally abandoned it after introducing Steemit platform. So this is the most easiest way to introduce Steemit. Target the leads and talk to them.

When comparing to other similar content based websites Steemit is leading from various aspects. So I normally explain those advantages. For example , for an Non-USA citizen , it's difficult to enroll with monetization program of Medium. And for a personal blogger , who maintaining a website or blog have lot of difficulties to monetize their content. One such example is google AdSense. A blogger need to come up to a certain level to of audience to start earning. For content creators of some niches it's really not fair. So a blockchain based blogging platform like Steemit with curation and staking features definitely leading them.

The second method I use is a Youtube tutorial series. Which gives a basic introduction about Steemit and how to use that platform. I was really able to bring some Sri Lankan Steemians through this methods. I'm really happy to see they are very active and making quality contents.
