This particular ship was used as the tomb of a Viking leader during the 8th c. The body of the deceased, parts of his clothes, bones of horses, dogs and a peacock from Asia were found inside, as well as all the artifacts left over from the raids of the past. A unique example of the shipbuilding ability of the warriors of the North.
