I am writing among you by presenting the pictures of those lemons. Lemon cultivation was first introduced in our Asian continent. Lemons are cultivated in Assam and China of India and from there they are exported to different countries of the world.
Lemon is a natural medicine used by the people of our country and the people of different countries of the world to make sherbet with lemon. And women stain clothes with lemon juice. This natural medicine comes in handy for us. Comes and benefits people. I will share with you the advantages and disadvantages.
The nutrients in lemons
Lemons contain a wide variety of vitamins, such as vitamin A, vitamin B6, vitamin E, and vitamin C. There are also different types of minerals in lemons. I will write briefly among you. It also contains magnesium, calcium, phosphorus, potassium, iron, zinc, folate, copper, thiamine and niacin.
