Today preparing some stuffed bombitas with wheat dough and ground meat.
After preparing the ground meat with a piece of red paprika, onion, three chili
peppers, salt and oozing oil, place it over low heat so that the dressings that
dehydrate and give a good flavor. The cooking takes about half an hour and then let it
rest to start filling.

One dough is put on top of the other with the filling incorporated and closed with a
fork so that the two layers of dough join and the meat does not come out. It is then
poured into the hot oil and inflates and flips fast because it can burn.
