Today I prepared a tasty pig stew that is usually made for the Hallas in December, but
there was pork and dressings and I wanted to prepare it.
Cut approximately three kilos of meat into small pieces.Then cut the dressings into small pieces, such as onion, garlic, both ripe and green paprika, garlic, capers and a few pinches of pepper to give it that touch of spice.
When you have everything chopped, place it in a cauldron to stir and leave about 20 minutes for the meat to take on the taste of the dressings.
As the minutes pass, it is placed on a low heat so that the meat and the dressings are released from the juice and it has a good flavor and is well cooked.
If you like you can add raisins, olives, chopped carrots. In this cooking it did not have raisins or olives but it was very tasty.
