Dear writer πŸ‘,

It is important to use emojis, pictures and slang in your writeup. Slangs could include your language or words that are not considered proper English. For example: Instead of yes, you could say 'yeah, yup...'

This strictly depends on your audience and what your client wants.

But if you are writing a personal post, as I am doing now, or a personal blog or article, be free to be you.

At a time when I was still learning the hacks of writing, I saw it as a lame approach. I thought to be professional was to be strict and straightforward like those writing a research paper.

I was forming mature. 😭

Emojis help in expressing the particular emotion you had when writing a sentence or a paragraph. People read things differently, and the meanings differ in their heads. Let me show you something.

"You are stupid."

"You are stupid 🀣."

The first line looks and sounds like an insult. The second looks and sounds like a funny comment you say to friends or anyone familiar.

Pictures are also a great way of expressing yourself apart from words. Some people prefer the use of videos and pictures
in articles to be able to read the little words.

Except you are known for being all strict and professional, be you when writing.

With love,
Lotus πŸ’‘.
