Hello Everyone

Through this we can gain knowledge about qualifications and share our experience. Thanks to @steemkidss for organizing this awesome contest. Let's get started.

👉 What is your view on charity and do you believe it should start at home

The word charity comes from Allah. Kindness and love in it.
From my personal point of view, charity has to do with the quality of loving the people around me, showing compassion for their needs. And I believe it should start at home. Ever since I was a child, my parents used to give alms to any beggar on the street. This teaching has remained with me till now, I donate to any disabled person or beggar on the street. I am generally Muslim. In our Islamic view, charity is something that cannot be measured. So I say charity should start from home. A child gets basic education or knowledge about good and bad, interest and selflessness etc. from his family. As we gradually grow out of the family, we notice that the members are tolerant of each other.

👉 What is the motivating factor for charity work and is it good to broadcast what you have done for others

Charity is a great virtue. Not everyone has it. The motivation for charity work is very valuable. Charity is such a thing. Can this quality take people far? In our view of Islam, charity is charity. The amount of charity you give, the amount of good you will receive. Charity is not just giving money to beggars, charity is also feeding orphans and buying clothes for orphans. And there are many more needy people to help them in various ways. There are many needy people on the streets, many people go forward to these needy people and many donate. If I go out on the street, if I see a beggar asking me for money, I throw him out immediately. And I used to see from my childhood that when my father went out, if there were any needy people with me, he would donate money according to their ability. And there are many poor people in our area, our Eid actually we donate clothes to needy people as charity. And there are unique people in our area who actually donate sweaters and blankets to people in need. Seeing these made me love charity more. So I say if you donate, donate to people in such a way that people can enjoy the benefits.

👉When was the last time you did charity work for your family members?

I last 15 to 20 days ago I finished charity for my family. 15 to 20 days ago say Bhadra goes shopping. Me and my two sisters. It was very cold a few days ago. So I thought to buy something for kids so with money in hand me and my two sisters went shopping. I saw various things there. So I bought 10 to 15 clothes for the kids. And bought two sweaters, shirts, and pants for my husband. I thought I didn't buy anything for my mother-in-law. In the middle of buying new clothes for my mother-in-law, I saw some needy people sitting with dishes. There I donated some money as much as I could. In fact, what is lacking can be seen outside. If you go outside, you can feel what is lacking. So I have some people who are very painful and delusional. For that I end charity by giving them what they can afford.

Your advice to others about charity

About charity I say charity and charity. Charity is good. If you donate, you will receive in the Hereafter. Some people love to donate to their loved ones and some people to the needy. So I will say about charity, if you donate, you should donate to the needy people because they can get some relief from their poverty. And secondly, when we go out on the streets in the city, we see many children lying on the streets with no clothes on and crying a lot in winter. I consider it best to donate to those who have no food to eat. Because they don't have parents, they become people on the sidewalk and earn their living by asking others for money. These things cost me a lot. So I say to every person if they want to donate, then donate to children in need.

Charity is indeed a wonderful virtue that not everyone possesses. The motivation behind charity work holds great value. In our understanding of Islam, charity is seen as a selfless act that brings immense goodness. The more we give, the more blessings we receive.

Charity goes beyond simply giving money to beggars. It extends to feeding and clothing orphans, and assisting those in need in various ways. We often come across many people on the streets who need our help, and it's heartening to see how many individuals step forward to lend a hand or make donations.

Witnessing these acts of kindness has deepened my love for charity. I believe that when we donate, we should do so in a way that truly benefits people and brings them joy. It's about making a positive impact and bringing happiness to those in need.

So let's continue to embrace the spirit of charity and find meaningful ways to support and uplift others. Together, we can make a difference and bring joy to those who need it most.

Donating a lot of time gives peace of mind. My parents always instructed me to donate to the poor. Similarly I think every child is given this instruction by his parents. This means that we learn the knowledge of charity from the family. Charity plays an important role in shaping a society. Good luck to you.

I agree with you that if you are donating and helping someone then you should donate in that way that it should be beneficial for those people who are needed as you are saying that at the occasion of Eid you donate many of the people and I can understand that at Eid I also donate to many of the needy people being a Muslim I wish you good luck in this engagement challenge.

A great work by donating. I learned charity from my father since childhood. And if there were needy people on the streets, my father would easily take money out of his pocket. And that learning I have always applied. And if there is a needy person on the street I give to them.

Thank you so much for responding back to my comment and I agree with you that donation is a great work and your father gives you very good manners by telling you that how you should help others with pocket money I again wish you a lot of blessings.
