Describe A duck

Duck is an aquatic bird like the swan. Ducks are small, short-necked birds. They are floating birds. They live in seawater and freshwater widely. In the country, yellow, gray, black, and white-colored duck species are widely seen.

Where do they live?

Generally, ducks live in ponds, lakes, seas, and oceans. Mostly, they live near water bodies. Ducks are being farmed by a farmer, where they are sheltered in cages and wooden houses. They often walk around on land and then spend most of the time in water; they are known as waterfowl.

What's the difference between duck and chicken

By classification, chicken is a non-swimming bird, whereas duck is a swimming bird. Chicken has feet with three sharp clawed toes because it is a land-scratching bird, but ducks have feet with flat paddles, which are suitable for swimming. Duck's feathers are waterproof; chicken's feathers are not waterproof. Duck makes a sound like "quack quack." Chickens make sounds like "buck buck."

What does it eat, tell us about the lifestyle of a duck.

Ducks make themselves clean, which makes them tidy birds. Ducks' brains are always active, even when they are sleeping. According to their classification, ducks are omnivorous, which means they eat both living and non-living organisms. Duck eats plants, aquatic plants, carbs, fish, shrimp, grass, seeds, and fruits. Ducks are social beings; they live in flocks. Males are drakes, and females are ducks. Ducks have a life span of up to 15 years.

Are they important to man, what significant role do they play in humans life? Tell us the importance of a duck do they have any nutritional value if we are to eat it?

Yes, they are important to nature. They play a role in the human food chain. Humans are getting meat and eggs from ducks and even farming them for that. Duck meat contains a lot of iron, which is enough for a human. Iron is important to humans, where it plays a major role in blood flow. Duck eggs contain rich amounts of vitamin B12.

If they are dangerous to man tell us their dangerous part

If they are dangerous to men, their sound will be the danger. Ducks make a quack-quack sound that is so irritating that if we hear it for more than 30 minutes, we will get mental illness and instability.

Do you encourage us to have it at home, what do you think?

Yes, I will. Ducks are cute and adorable to have. If I have a chance to have a pair of ducks, I won't deny it. The way they look, walk, and run is so adorable.
