Good day Everyone, Hope you all had a great day, it has being a while of me not being active in this great platform, and thus was cause due to some family challenges, but I assure EVERYONE that definitely and fully back and Everyone should expect different Interesting content from me. And at the same hand am also happy to participate in this Contest and i will be showcasing some process I took while preparing a delicious African salads. Join me.

INGREDIENTS

Abacha known as African salads in one of the most delicious food especially seen in Igbo land amd sincerely speaking it is so delicious and fantastic. Well in Igbo land this food is also among our culture and we they igbos don't joke with such Igbo..so below I will be showing some steps that I took while preparing this delicious food.

  • 1 pant of Abacha [African salads]
  • 8 cups of ugba
  • 5 cups of cray fish
  • 5 seasoning cube
  • 400ml palm oil
  • Salt and pepper
  • 16 garden eggs
  • Utazi leaves
  • Meats and dry fishes.
STEPS
  • STEP ONE

The first Step was to Assemble all my INGREDIENTS and materials needed for this delicious PREPARETION, Then I soak my Abacha inside a cold water for about 30 minutes for it to soften, then I decided to pour in a warm boiling water, and drain

  • STEP TWO

The second step was to Add some boiled water into my UGBA and then Rinse, then I added my potash in a warm water until it dissolve so I decided to add in my palm oil I to a pot including the potash and then finally stir until it form a yellowish paste.

  • STEP THREE

So add this juncture I started adding my ingredients into the same pot I added my potash and palm oil, at this point I added my ground ehu, cray fish, onions seasoning cube and also my pepper, and finally placed a little heat.

  • STEP FOUR

Then, After adding all my ingredients, I then crushed down my seasoning cube called the Maggi, and finally take off the heat, then I added my ogiri ( mostly used by Anambra state) then I added my fish and meat and stir all the together for about 5 minutes.

  • STEP FIVE

Finally I added my Abacha into the same bowel I added all my ingredients, and Finally stir until it generally mixed up with the ingredients at this point my Abacha is now fully ready and delicious. I deed the taste was massively fantabulous 🤭.

CONCLUSION
