It is a great privilege on my part to bring to your knowledge the dangers of obesity and overweight on your lovely kids.

As a parent we might love to provide and allow our kids to eat as much junk food they can and as we might like to indulge in all the candy and donuts and cakes and ice cream this is not bad but when it becomes too much and out of control and without any form of exercise you might become overweight, and these are the dangers.
