Today I am share the topic which is related to food habit in the children which is very rapidly
grow children dont understand these things easily and the result of they victimised of the multiple disease and when they know children are very depress and become very upset from these thing
Here is the few steps for controlling the situation
In the children when children off from the working places they feel free and they adopted many useless thing their eating style much distrub their play time are increase and their they keep busy in diffrent useful task abe healthy snacks at their homes include the protein and whole grains and vegetable and mother must try at your homes offer the healthy food even they dont want it always be a good role model

- Drink large amount of water
- Avoid overeating
- Eat meal togather when we are as a family
- Listen to your body hunger cues and try to control
