Before I proceed I would like to thank @steemkidss, especially the organizer of this amazing contest.

Let's get started!
Firstly I went to the market and bought some stuff that would be used to prepare my delicious stew.

Some perishable items I bought include:

Fresh Tomatoes₦1,500
ITEMSPRICE IN ₦
Pepper₦300
Meat₦1,000
Total exp.₦2,700
Equivalent to9 STEEM

I already have Some ingredients that I will use at home, so the total sum of all the things I bought cost ₦2,700 which is equivalent to 9 STEEM
Well, let's proceed!

I reached home and washed the tomatoes, pepper, and onion with very clean water and transferred them to another bowl as shown below.

Next is taking it to where the ground, so they can use their machine to ground the tomatoes all together with the pepper and onion. The grounding cost only ₦200, not up to 1 STEEM. In that process, I used the time to steam the meat I bought.

The cooked meat and ground tomatoes.

Ingredients used to steam the meat were:

Thyme leaves or lemme call it spice
Maggi
Salt and one other goat spice which I have no idea what the name was.
This time I used a different method, y'all know that most people boil the grounded tomatoes first, but I won't be doing that in this.

Cooking Begin Here 👇🏼

I quickly sliced my onions into smaller pieces, then turned on my cooking gas, kept my clean and dry pot on the burning gas, pour my cooking oil, which I used in four sachets; after the oil was heated, I poured my sliced onions into the cooking oil and.

I kept frying continuously until it turned crunchy, then I poured my grounded tomatoes into the cooking pot, and I kept frying the tomatoes all together with the onions, after all the time spent frying it.

The tomatoes became dry, and I added one big tin of tomatoes to it so that the stew would last long for many days. I also put my meats in the stew and kept on frying it until it all became dry, and I added my ingredients.

Ingredients used are;

  • Maggi
  • Salt
  • Cooking oil
  • Pepper
  • Curry powder
  • Madish spice
  • Meat

All the ingredients I used had the amount of quantity used, so after putting all this in the pot, I added some quantity of water, which I knew wasn't too much, and I covered the pot so the stew could boil very well after some minutes, then I turned off the cooking gas and my stew was ready.

Since I can't lick the stew like that, I will need to serve it with. I quickly cooked my basmati rice, and after it was ready, I served myself the basmati rice and stew on top.
