How to make coated and crunchy peanuts

Hello steem kids and parents, I'm going to tell you how to make coated crunchy peanuts as seen in the picture below.

Here is a step by step guide;

Ingredients:

1. cups of flour
2. cup of groundnut
3. big eggs
4. Vegetable oil
5. Nut make for a little flavour
6. A pinch a salt
7. 5 table spoon of sugar

Procedure:

Step one:
Wash the groundnuts with salt using hot water, then dry it in the sun.
You can shadow Friday groundnuts if you want

Step two:
Mix the egg with sugar allow it for sometime.

State three :
Sieve the flour in a bow add nut make and a pinch of salt mix it together.

State four:
Put the groundnut in a separate bow

Step five:
Sprinkle already mixed egg on the groundnut shake it to mix together and spray the floor mixed with a pinch of salt and nut make, shake it again, do it continuously till the mixed egg and flour finish.
At this point your peanuts is set for frying.

Step six:
Deep frying is better. Add some oil to a frying pot allow it get hot then pour in some quality of coated peanuts and fry for 5 to 6 minutes.

Remove it from the oil then your crunchy peanut is ready to eat.
