As we have checked the ingredients that we will need and now we are going to our recipe, first of all we will make all the spices well in it. A lot of things have to be set first like we people have to gather all the things together, when we have done the arrangement of all the things, we people garlic ginger onion green chilies we peel them all. We will grind them well and make them into a fine powder and after that when we have caught it on the side, now we will prepare the equipment for curd in which we curd.

You can use lassi or you can use prepared lassi and inside it we will add besan and by adding besan we will mix it well but the amount of lassi is too much because most of the time curry While making it, we keep it thin so that it can be tasty and thus when we have to mix it in it, we will beat it well and we promise to beat it until our recipe is ready. It is ready and then we will put it in a pot, in a big pot and put it on the stove, but before that we will roast spices for it and the method of roasting spices is

And after that we will take a pot and put ghee in it and put onion in it and fry it well when we feel that it is fragrant and it has turned slightly brown. Then we have garlic in it which we made crushed and along with it chilies which we crushed and in addition we put it well and fried it. Then after frying it for a while we will use red chili salt and other spices which we want to use more and make it delicious.

And after that, we put the rest of the things in it, and then it is the turn to put the prepared stuff that we had prepared, but we roasted it well for a while. My mother always says that the better one roasts the tadka, the better our handi will be, so we will roast it until we feel it is roasted well. We will not prepare the next step until the spices are left raw, because if the spices are left raw and not roasted well, then the curry will not be tasty at all, so when we think that it is well cooked. After roasting it, we will put the prepared besan in it, in which we have prepared by adding lassi, and then we will cook it well.

Now the most important thing is that we are going to fry it continuously until it is completely done, because if we stop stirring the spoon in it, it will be cooked. can go down because the link goes down too quickly and then the test will be all messed up so we have to constantly have it.

It is impossible to make pakodas without pakoda and without pakodas, so now we will make pakodas and we will add them to kadi because kadi without pakodas doesn't even look delicious and we love pakodas in kadi very much. That's why its name is given as pakora.
