Dear Diary
Hey diary it's a beautiful Saturday morning,I woke up feeling strong and happy to meet my stay fit family after staying away from fitness for 3 days.

I participated in several programme,search us ,Rope skipping,jump squatting1, jump squatting2 and several stretching to relieve the muscles,I also played long tennis at the end of today's fitness training.

Our coach instructed we skip 500 times , which I decided to divide it into smaller numbers to make it easier for me, I succeeded in skipping just 420 times,because we needed to move on with other programs.

In this program we were instructed to jump 20 times and 4 rounds using step board. The step board was in between my legs why I jumped on it,standing erect and down squatting, it sounds fun right?
Believe me it was fun,but not easy as I continued,especially at the third (3rd) and fourth (4th) round.

This programme was done by jumping on the step board,using your side.
I jumped to the left and the right side of the step board,squirting down at each end. We were instructed to repeat the program 20 times in 4 hours after which we did full body stretching.
I decided to participate in sports activity with some of my teammates after today's workout (Long Tennis) it was really a fun game today as I have began to get conversant with the basic knowledge of the game. I picked interest in Long tennis few months ago and so far I'm doing well.

Getting home I decided to have oat and biscuits for breakfast,after wish I took a nap.

I stepped out in the evening to dine and mery with my fellow EPSG (environmental protection service group) members that are passing out on the 13/06/2024, the evening was really fun with them, we played several games and did handing over of offices to the new executives.

Staying fit is one of my top priorities.
I must say National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) has brought togetherness and one Nigeria, where people from different ethnic groups come together to achieve one goal.
