I officially welcome all the kids and kid lovers to another class. I want to appreciate @steemkids for making this a reality for our kids to learn during this long vacation and with @steemkids, no dulling moment.

Today's class is going to be interesting as we are looking at idiomatic expressions which is what we have for this week's lesson in our English studies syllabus.

Idiomatic Expression

Idiomatic Expression is a statement that is made on the surface but has a deeper meaning attached to it. This expression is mostly used by the elders especially in form of parables. Some are difficult to comprehend but is always good to listen and digest the words before responding if necessary.

A good example of idiomatic expression mostly used but very rear on in its operation is this expression.

Once you have found your diamond, you will never give up looking.
This expression is mostly used but kind of problematic to implement.
Let us take a glance at @steem. The more reason we don't stop or give up looking at it is because of the joy, reward, and good things that come with steem that make us have sleepless nights and some engage in the blockchain as if their lives depend on it because we have seen first Diamond and we can not flop so that the diamond will not go missing.

So idiomatic expression can be very easy to execute if you are familiar with the choice of words (diction) and helps to build vocabulary development and helps to make your write-up interesting.
