Good day steemians. I hope we all are alive to see this new year 2022.I want to first of all thank the organiser of this contest @alejos7ven. In everything there's always appreciation and some lessons. Communities are meant to inculcate, impart, intrigue, motivate and encourage it members. All these qualities of a good community is seen here in Steem kids community. This community has done a lot. Support, guide, engagement and appreciation for hardworking kids in the community. I want to thank them for this unceasingly love, support and care tendered to the masses in this wonderful community. I've basically learnt 5 important thing in steem kids which will serve as a guide for me in my stay here.

What I've I learned with steem kids community?

• Intrinsic values and Enthusiasm
• Consistency and Engagement
• Educational information through Contest and
• Creativity and Support

Added to what I just mentioned, I've learnt the benefit of powering up and supporting the community by delegating and also setting a fraction or percentage reward of your post to them. Appreciation, reunion, Support and the benefit of commenting on people's post

Quality post: This is the backbone of steem kids community. In the writing world, your best is essential and is demanded for. I've learnt that writing quality post doesn't only attract votes but makes you have that feeling of being the best at what you know how to do best. Steem kids has taught us how to write quality post which is the beauty of creativity and writing.

Intrinsic values and Enthusiasm: A community is expected to impart not only Educational information or the rest but also build in each member the sense of zeal. When there's no zeal, members can't write. They'll feel lackadaisical about doing so but when they are spurred, they'll be on their feet. Intrinsic values like, love, joy, mildness and self-control is what steem kids have imparted in its members using different avenues like supporting the sick is an act of love and members of the community are watching and learning.

Consistency: Consistency is also a rewarding attribute I steem kids. If you are consistent in what you are doing, I bet you will enjoy being here. Giving up because you aren't voted for won't solve. Be consistent

Creativity: Through steem kids community, I've been able to be more creative than I was before. In one of my post, I shared how to knot tie easily. Engagement is what I learnt too as I've been able to socialize with others in our #S-kids Corner.
