INTRODUCTION
Childhood is linked with so many experiences both good, bad and ugly all put together made it so fun and am happy about it all. My childhood days was with mixed feeling. When it comes to house chores I had a lot of chores that I hated so much and I never wanted doing them at all. But as the first daughter I did most of them by force. What I liked most as a child was to seat and gist while the work is being done for me. I was so lazy eeeh, so I liked exploring what I was not sent to do. You know I have elder brothers so it was a plus to my laziness.
Mention at least 3 childhood chores that are your worst
- Washing dishes
- Fatching water
- Cooking
Why are they your worst chores
- Washing dishes: I don't like put my hands inside water for too long and washing okra and ogbono dishes irritates me a lot because of the drawing nature. So I never liked them.
- Fetching Water: My brother told me that queens don't carry anything on their head, so I never liked it and he always help out in that so well.
- Cooking: I have an elder brother that works like a woman because my Mom trained him that way, so anytime he comes home from school I flee the kitchen for him, I never learnt how to cook all those while, either the salt is so much or I didn't add seasoning cubes
Who normally send you to do them?

My Mommy will send me to do the work, and sometimes my elder brothers. Sometimes I send myself with so much anger.
Are they still your worst now?
- Washing Dishes: I am married now, so I don't have choice than to do them with happiness because I will not like my kitchen to be unkept. Even before I got married I lived on my own during my university days, so I do everything by myself
- Fetching Water: Till now I don't dare it, thank God there is a bolehole in my compound where I stay. So it is not an issue at all. In fact water is the first thing I consider before going da house.
- Cooking: Well cooking is now part of me, I love it now because I prefer to prepare my own dishes unless during pregnancy that I taste for someone else meal but not always shhaa, and am a better cook now.
Will yau encourage your kids to hate those chores?
Yes, I will encourage my children to do the work as it is for their own good. I will make them see reasons why they should do the work with
happiness.
