Don't be offended; I am using a cappuccino instead of an espresso.
Hello Steemians.
Though I am not a regular participant (I am a little sad @moyeon), the topic made me write this little piece here. So I will share my perspectives one by one. Caffeine is a drug that stimulates (increases the activity of) your brain and nervous system Source It can be found in drinks like coffee, tea, and chocolate. Since this is about "Espresso," I will mostly discuss coffee.
If I am being really honest, I never liked coffee until recently. I am more of a tea lover, having tried almost every genuine type of tea. Always, there is a but. All that my doctor advises me to do is drink coffee frequently rather than other carbonated and sugary beverages. Then here I am writing a piece on coffee. Up to now, my favourite has been cappuccino, given that it has larger quantities of milk than an espresso. But I have tried espresso a few times, not to mention the double espresso I had while on a road trip. Being a regular coffee consumer (I believe so, as I am drinking at least 3 cups), I usually visit the cafe for my coffee. But I sometimes make instant coffee. I do not have a coffee maker, so instant coffee is my go-to choice. In my recipe, I always put ready-to-drink fresh milk, making it more of a latte.
Currently, I am using this coffee. Source

As I have shown in a previous figure, there are many caffeine-based drinks. I would mention my favourites, starting with chocolate, green tea, black tea, coffee, and for artificial drinks, maybe coke. If you ever imagine, there may be about 60 types of coffee recipes available, though I am aware of a few like espresso, americano, latte, cappuccino, Frappuccino, etc. You must visit here.A paradise for coffee lovers.More like a bible of coffee
This is something obvious I am no barista. And my home-made coffee is nowhere near where I buy it from the cafe. There may be many reasons why store-bought coffee is much better, starting with the amount of coffee and the freshness of the ground coffee. Then there are the methods that baristas use and the sophisticated brewing techniques. I would like to have my coffee either cold or hot. Making a hot cup of latte takes a long time. So I usually keep it to the barista.
This is my recent most cold latte at Tea Avenue
For sure coffee is good for your liver. Other than that I found a good source that explains it much better than what I can Source. Additionally, coffee has chemicals and antioxidants that can enhance blood flow, lessen inflammation, and lower the risk of stroke Source.

- Slow the progress of dementia.
- Reduce melanoma risk.
- Control Parkinson's disease symptoms
- Relieve stress
Now it is time for the last "but.". You should understand that coffee consumption also has limits, especially if you have some health conditions like cirrhosis. It is advisable to take a moderate amount of coffee so that you will not be Depresso due to Espresso. Cheers and thank you for joining in.
