This particular recipe contains high classes of nutrients which helps in building and nourishing the body. In this point, I will not go more father in elaborating the procedures, but I will just break it down in a nutshell and pin point those necessary ingredients needed preparation, so pay attention and learn from my experienceπŸ‘

Step1πŸ‘‡

IMG_20240727_175515_731.jpgIMG_20240727_175954_893.jpg

First thing I did was to get my meat ready, I maked used of cow skin because its more affordable than other meats unlike the goat meat or live chicken, so I washed it and then cooked it with some ingredients and seasonings.
Meat is a another high source protein, which helps for a perfect growth and nourishing the body.

Step 2 πŸ‘‡

IMG_20240727_181914_872.jpg

After cooking the meat, I now brought it out from the cooking pot and kept it to different. So I now added a little water to the remaining water that I used in cooking the meat, so immediately the water boils I now added my palm oil inside and pot then cover it and allow it to boil.

Step 3πŸ‘‡

IMG_20240727_182327_94.jpg

When it has boil for some seconds, I now added my ogiri inside the pot and turn it together so that it circulate together.
Ogiri is an Igbo culture ingredient that gives a good aroma and give more culture taste to the food, it also helps in cleaning the sights organ (eye).

Step 4πŸ‘‡

IMG_20240727_174736_876.jpgIMG_20240727_171633_584.jpg

I have to add all my ingredients now so that the can boil together and bring out a nice testy together, so I added my Maggi cubes, salt, crayfish and pepper, then I now put my dry fish and my already cooked meat, and now turn it together.

FinallyπŸ‘‡

IMG_20240727_174524_882.jpgIMG_20240727_174047_360.jpg

When it has boil very well, I now brought out my sliced vegetable and Waterleaf together with my remaining sliced onion and add it immediately.
Water leave is one of the unwanted plants (weed) in the fram land but due to its nutritional value makes it more unique among other vegetables and it helps in supplying thw body with water
I used Vegetable which is normally normally know as ΓΉgu in Igbo land and is uses in preparing all kinds of dishes.
I Washed all my vegetables for at least 2/3 times Then slice it very well before making use of it.

I feel like having a dish of this delicacy right away... You've really done a good job and I must commend you. One thing about this soup is that it loses it freshness after a day or two, so for those that don't have a refrigerator to preserve its freshness would have to prepare quantity that wouldn't go beyond a day or two at the most because the more you warm it the more it loses it freshness. Someone once told us that we shouldn't over-warm vegetable soup or else we would just be consuming manure... All the best.

That's true bro, with this thing you mentioned here, I can see that you are really a true Nigerian guy. I can't eat This particular soup after 2 days so I prefer consuming it that very day orvthe next day.

Thanks for your wonderful response, I really appreciate you.
