THE PAPAYA


The papaya is a fruit richly graced with fiber and it is characterised by black grain-like seeds black in color as seen. It is orange in color when ripened. It has green bark which is peeled off to see the orange shade of the fruit. It has a large variety too.

It lowers the cholesterol levels. It contains enzymes which helps to prevent heart-attack. The papaya fruit is known as the paw-paw fruit. It is best consumed when mildly ripe. In it's unripe form it could be prescribed for malaria patients as it helps clear the traces of the parasite.

Papaya contains high amount of potassium nd the flesh of papaya is high in "Vitamin A" aiding good eye sight.

Papaya prevents constipation or flatulence in the gastrointestinal tracts thus, aiding natural digestion

Papaya juice helps in alleviating infections of the colon by clearing away infections of the colon, thereby keeping the system optimum state.

Papaya extruded into skincare has been shown to be good for the skin. It also enhances skin healing after injuries.

Regular consumption of the papaya helps in receiving the morning sickness and nausea.
