How do you prepare for the exam

Examination is a point of putting an individual into a test of knowledge on what he has been thought. During my undergraduate studies, I took examinations to be my all in all because only an examination can give a student an "A" which is excellent without assessment records. Since examination was the most I concentrated on, I start reading immediately after the semester commences, a handbook is been given to us by the department and the book consist of all the courses and outlines for year one to the final level so, I make good use of that book to read ahead of my lecturers.

I never waited for 2 to 3 weeks for exams before I started reading no! I've always gone for night classes and when exams come, I only go through to recap all I have been studying, that is the best way I read and was able to graduate with a good result.

Do you have a trick you've developed over time that works perfectly for you?

Not at all! I was never involved in any tricking development while in school, I made it so simple for myself that, whenever I resume, I start reading immediately to avoid every act of trick which can easily affect me and lead to an expel from the school. In order words, I can say that the only habit I developed while in school was to study from the beginning of the semester to give my best to studies in preparation for the exams.

When is your favorite time to study for exams and why?

Time is a very special concept that needs to be well managed, the fact is that I do not have a specific time to read at all, an example is that, lets say I was done with lectures by 6 pm which I will cook, take bath and at that point, I will be very tired and won't be able to read anymore therefore, anytime I am hungry I don't read, each time I am tired I give myself that rest so, I do not have any specific time for studies but most times I read around 3-5 am because it is always silent.

Do you feel afraid when you face exams? How can you control or fight these feelings?

My answer is no! I don't feel afraid when I face exams. My reasons is because I study very hard, the only point where I feel so afraid when I face exams is when I don't read but when I read a course very well, I don't have even a little fear for exams no matter how hard the question would be I always believe that there will always be an idea.

What advice would you like to give to those who still have difficulty preparing for the test?

I think what makes an examination look so difficult and fearing is because we don't read at all. Most of these exams are what we are been thought and the truth is that, we don't read at all, students take more pleasure in other activities rather than reading. My kind advice is just short, read in time, and don't wait until exams are in the next two weeks, our brains can cram a whole book but that is when you start reading that book early, reading doesn't kill all we need is the mindset.
