Dear members of Steem kids and parents, how are you all doing? I hope life is being fair to you all. We are drawing close to the end of the year and some are trying to round off activities for the year. It's the same with schools too. The term started in September and we are about to round off the term with exams.
I woke up early and prepared myself for school. I arrived early before the time book was crossed. The students arrived later and decided to do an exercise early before the morning assembly. This is because Wednesdays is always for sports.

The sport activities took 25 minutes. Then it was time for morning assembly and this took 20 minutes.

In the morning assembly, some announcements were made, one of which was that the tenure of the current ss3 had expired so they had to hand over authority to the ss2 students. This was because they were preparing for 3 external exams which would take all their time, so to allow them concentrate in reading, they had to hand over power. The former prefects were called out.
The award for the best prefect both in academics and in her position as a prefect was given to the senior prefect for girls. No one had ever beaten her academically in her class.

Then the new prefects were introduced, though not all positions were filled, but just few necessary ones that can't remain vacant. They were asked to take an oath of office which they did.

After the morning assembly, the students were given a little time to revise before the exams started. The junior students were to take Literature in English while the senior students were to take chemistry for the sciences, and government for the arts.

The students after the first exams went on break and later on took the second paper in the afternoon. Everything for the school day was rounded off at 2pm. The students were dismissed and asked to go home. I went home in the afternoon and refreshed before eating. My lunch was garri and okra soup with vegetable.
The food was really heavy and I slept when I finished eating. I woke up in the evening and relaxed by watching a Nollywood movie titled "Alaye". Then when it was 9pm, I slept knowing that I had to wake up the next day for work again.

Thanks for sharing your activities as a teacher and the election of new prefects. It must have been an exciting experience asides written expressions but your markdown styles and number of words makes this post lack quality. It's not detailed.
