In different part of the country Mondays are often seen as working days ,but for me it's a day to unleash my creativity. This process was not only therapeutic but also satisfying and rewarding, yielding a favorable source that surpassed my expectation.

Inspiration struck when I remembered my childhood memories of me helping my grandmother prepare akamu and planting sauce for breakfast and so I decided to incorporate this familiar ingredient into my cooking today. The combination seed unconventional but I was eager to experiment.

INGREDIENTS
