Hello Wonderful people of @steemkids community, good day to you all, hope you are enjoying the day.
today I took it upon myself to talk on a topic, "RAISING GOOD CHILDREN".
So, I urge you all to sit tight and go through this educating and benefiting post.
CHILDREN
Children they say are the leaders of tommorow, but for me, that statement is incomplete, rather it should be "GOOD CHILDREN ARE THE LEADERS OF TOMORROW".
Most people don't know children are like investment, you lost money when you invest in bad business and you get profits when you invest in a good business.
So as children, note this that getting a bad child is a lost while getting a good child is a gain.
GOOD CHILDREN
Now, the question will should be asking is how we can groom good children that will raise a great and wonderful Society Tommorow.
Before I talk on how we can raise our children, let me list some virtues of a good child.
They are
- Obedience
- Respect
- Humility
- God fearing
- Attentiveness
etc..
There are other virtues but I will like to focus on these ones because every good child has this characteristics.
RAISING A CHILD

Proper training of a child is something one must do because it is of a great benefit to both you and the child.
So I will be outlining some ways used before boasting of giving your child a proper training.
These ways are
Good leadership
Discipline
Proper guidance
Good relationship
GOOD LEADERSHIP: you are like a leader to them, in that note, you must be an examplary leader, always portray good characters, mind the things you do in their presence, always do what you want them to do.
DISCIPLINE: trust me, the best time to discipline a child is from a year old to thirteen. because at that time, they still feel completely dependent to you. Don't fail to caution your children anytime they do something wrong
PROPER GUILDANCE you are like a caretaker to your child, so if you fail to direct them, then automatically you are misleading them, so always guide them because you are older, so you have seen and know things more than them.
GOOD RELATIONSHIP: this is very important, it helps you build your kids phycologically and otherwise, I talked about the relationship between parents and children in my last post which I will still make reference to.
TIME: just as the holy book says, "There's time for everything". Your children deserves your time, have a Time table for your Job and your children, you need to have time for them.
So you can have the opportunity to talk to them and also hear from them.
DON'T BE TOO HARSH: The logic "Spare The Rod and Spoil the child" had made Parents to be so harsh on their children, this affects Parent to child relationship, they are so scared that they can't tell you what is bothering them and which is very bad, so try to be friendly.
TAKE THEM OUT: Children love fun, so taking them out won't be a bad idea

I hope that with this post, we will be able to raise good leaders of tommorow by raising good children, I believe we will be supportive and caring to them too, it's our duty and benefits to make them follow good parts.
