Introduction

School runs is one of the stresses parents and children must have to face compulsorily. Is it about waking up very early? To think of what to prepare for the children? Or hurrying to meet up with time? Men, it's been so hectic.

Are you a student, parent or teacher? How many days within the week did you go to school this week? Were you punctual all day or there were some days you went late? What happened?

I am a teacher and, at the same time, a parent. I've not missed school and don't even intend to miss it because I hold my teaching job so dear. For the past one-year plus, I've only missed school, just once because I needed to attend to a very important need.

For lateness, I've never been late for more than a year I've worked with my current employer.

What school related activities did you engage in to ensure that you, your kids or your students enjoy every school day?

To encourage my students to stay focused and also enjoy their school day, firstly, I start the topic with a joke, an interesting or catchy talk about the topic. And I will also make some funny expressions to make the class interesting, to capture the students' attention.

The stress you faced due to school activities? Are They burdensome or you enjoyed them?

I won't say it's burdensome or if I enjoy doing it. This is because it's something I must do, it's unavoidable, so I do it with joy.

What is your expectations for the coming school week and how are you going to achieve them?

The first expectation is to get my children's food ready. I am preparing my week ahead, so I have a food plan to ease the stress of thinking of what to cook. And I have to make everything ready for the week.

The second expectation is to get the lesson notes for the week ready. As a teacher, you don't just jump into the class, I also prepare my lesson for the week. So I do the lesson notes when I free period during school hours.

Thirdly, we're expected to submit our examination questions by next week. I'm already on it but will wrap it up by next week. I'll take the question home this weekend to be able to meet up.

Why should you not miss any school day? As a parent, why should you not allow your children to miss school any day?

As a parent, I wouldn't want my children to miss school because they would miss the lesson on that day. There's a limit to how one reads. When a child misses school, he'll miss all the emphasis the teacher laid on the lesson.

As a teacher, if I miss school, that automatically means I have carried over lessons to teach. You can imagine the stress of doing what you ought to have done in three days and now do it in a day. That will be stressful for me and also for my students.

So it's not good for a child or teacher to miss school except for a very serious issue.

Conclusion

Parents, teachers and must be appreciated. Because they're all together in the stress. Always waking up every morning making sure they all meet up with their responsibilities.
