It happens when you feel overwhelmed, emotionally drained and unable to keep up with the constant demands. The main signs of burnout include feeling tired, overwhelmed, frustrated and irritable, lack of motivation and difficulty concentrating.

There are several ways to beat work burnout and take back control of your life. First, take regular breaks and take time for yourself away from work. This could include going for a walk at lunch, meditating, or doing something you enjoy. Second, set realistic goals and priorities, and focus your energies on the tasks that are most important to you. Third, practice healthy coping techniques such as deep breathing, mindfulness, and yoga. Finally, make sure you get enough sleep and eat healthy and nutritious food.

It is a state in which a person feels overwhelmed, emotionally drained, and unable to keep up with the demands of work. Take regular breaks during the working day to recharge and clear your mind.

Engage in activities that bring joy and satisfaction outside of work.

Remember, burnout is a serious problem and it's important to address it as soon as possible. Taking care of your mental and physical health is essential to maintaining a healthy work-life balance.
