I love to take photos: My green leaves photography

in hive-139765 •  2 years ago

Since today was Sunday I decided to take a completely different route for my daily walk of at least ten thousand steps. This time I followed the beach road East for about two Kilometers and then just walked South to get back to my usual territory. I noticed a nice shady place with a few rough benches and decided to cool off there, as it was extremely hot and sunny being close to noon, when I noticed more closely it actually looked like a jungle, a lot of vegetation.

As I was sitting I looked East and I noticed all this green stuff there, this is an old river bed and sometimes there is a lot of water there, in fact I imagine under the greenery there must be the consistency of a swamp, I wouldn't walk there even if I was crazy. You know damp=snake, no place for me to be in. But I did take a few photos as I thought it looked cool, then just got up and followed my walk.

Then when I was looking at an update of Steemit contests I noticed this one about green leaves and I figured I would just participate with what I saw this morning. I mean these leaves are green and some of them are oversized. I believe these are called lechugas here, water lettuce, but I am not sure of this, also there were other types of vegetation in that place, neither of which I knew the names of. I am not really much of a Botanist so I have some trouble getting the names of a lot of plants. This is kind of bothersome when I post something and a Google search can't help me out. Anyway these are my pictures I do hope you like them, they really are full of green leaves.

its so nice to look at these amazing pictures @gduran

Wow, I enjoyed this post of yours. I kept reading it over and over again. Yeah, the leaves looks green and attractive too. You'll barely see a green snake on these leaves because the snake will blend or adapt to the leaves. Your camera 📸 is great. Wishing you best of luck in this contest

You know, you just made it scarier for me, we do have a green, very venomous snake, that is unusually aggressive and is that same green color, Tamagas verde. I am not going back there ever.

Hello, green vegetations are for the beautification of our environment and we love seeing them around. You have well captured them in a beautiful way. Thank you for participating in the contest
