INTRODUCTION
Hello kids how are we all doing this wonderful day, hope we had a nice day and moment every where we found our selves today.
This week contest I being a participant hope we also engaging our selves in it.
So I will like to teach the kids on how to prepare a delicious 😋 and nice egusi soup that taste nice, that with the recipe you can prepare it any where. You know egusi soup is mostly cooked in occasions like traditional marriage, burial ceremony, child dedication etc.
Frist you should do is to buy your food stuff, that you will use in cooking it. Like:
ingredients
Egusi (2cups)
ache
Osu
red oil
Stock fish
Beef
Crayfish
Okpei(optional)
Salt
Maggi
Ice fish /Smoked fish
Fresh pepper
Fresh tomatoes 2picecs(optional)
Pumpkin leave or Bitter leaf.
preparation
wash and boil the ice fish with onion, salt, maggi, and pepper, when it is done.
wash the stock fish and also boil with the necessary ingredients. And also the the beef make sure the beef is well cooked to be soft.
One sign to know when the stock fish is done it will start curling on itself.grind the egusi with dry mill, grind the pepper, ache, osu, crayfish, ground the fresh tomatoes, Wash the vegetable and slice into tiny pieces.

Directions
- Make sure your pot is clean and dry. Then heat the palm oil, add the ground tomatoes, onion and pepper. Fry for about 5-10 minutes. Add the stock fish, smoked fish. While frying you can add the ache. Allow to cook for about 5mins
- mix egusi and osu with little onion and water, mix very well. Then add egusi.
cover the pot and don't stir, allow the egusi to cook very well, add crayfish,and maggi. And stir, simmering for about 1-2minutes.
Add salt for taste, stir, then add the vegetables, of your choice. Like bitter leave and all that. Allow simmering for few minutes.
Bring down from heat, your soup is ready. Now you can serve with, fufu, garri, etc
CONCLUSION
Finally you can see we have a delicious meal. Myself I prefer bitter leaf as my vegetable and fufu for eating, remain blessed love you all.
