Today I want to take you on how to avoid burns which is very dangerous to the health.

Acid
Hot water
Fried oil

Things to avoid

• Do not allow Children to use kerosine stove
• Do not play with fire
• Do not play with hot water
• Do not give Children hot tea
• Keep chemical away from children
• Do not keep fuel in the house
• Do not keep cylinder where Children can reach and always check for lickage
• Do not allow Children to play around while cooking or frying
• When turning hot water for bathing mix with cold water before taking it out to bathroom

Immediate treatment for burns

Remove the child from the source of burn
Poor cool or luke warm water on it but not ice water
Do not poor oil or salt
Cover it with clean dressing
Take the child to the hospital
