Today In my post, I will be educating you in the kinds and type of food a person can eat to stay healthy and strong. That is I will be giving a meal plan of one week that is best for you. Imagine you waking up in the morning and you are confused on what to cook instead of having this confusion it is best you have already plan yourself on what to eat through out the week in the morning, afternoon and night, These are for those who can afford three square meals a day but for those who cannot afford it can also eat twice a day depending on the person.

Food planning helps you to know what to eat, it also helps you to save your time and also save more money thereby you will not be cooking everyday because you have already know and plan what you will eat that very week. Now there are many good things about food plan and some of them are :

• it saves time like I said before because it makes you not to get worried or spend too much time thinking on what to eat every single day

• it also makes a person to Stay very healthy and unknowingly to you, you can also eat balanced diet because of the way you have arrange that food for the week.

• it also saves you from disease. So if for instance you have one or two health challenge, depending on your health challenge it also depends on the kind of food for you to eat. For example a health challenge such as ulcer which is a common disease among people nowadays, people with ulcer should always be conscious about the kind of food which they eat so as to not make the condition worst.



Like I said earlier I will be sharing a one week food plan in which you can eat and get healthy. So first of all I will be starting with on Monday morning plan which is called breakfast, then we will go over to lunch then dinner just like that for all the days for one week. So let's start with breakfast, but remember I said it's one week I will be giving you from on Sunday to Sunday. So let's begin, in the morning you are suppose to eat food that is to keep you fit, healthy and look fresh because morning period are working time and you need to eat food that will make you look agile and smart not food which will make you look dull and lazy or sleepy. In the morning, when you wake up the first thing you are suppose to take is tea and there are different types of tea such as green tea, ginger tea, lemon tea, garlic tea and moringa tea. Any type of these tea you take in the morning is good for you before taking your breakfast.

Tea is also good for those who does not like doing exercise. After taking your tea in the morning as early as 6 am you can then find another thing to eat such as oat and milk with a boiled egg. This food also contains fiber which fills you up and you won't easily get hungry. If you don't have milk to eat with the oat you can use akara to eat with it, fried plantain, vegetables, pancakes for those who like to eat pancake and many others. these are the kinds of food which can be eaten in the morning to stay healthy.

In the afternoon you can eat heavy food like garri and soup, rice and beans, beans, moimoi, and any food that is heavy is best eaten in the afternoon. This is because afternoon period are when we lose most of our energy and so eating this heavy food helps us regain those lost energy.


In the evening, you can eat light food and they are also called dinner. So in the evening you can eat light food, because in the evening after eating your dinner the next thing to do is to go and sleep and when you are at sleep your body is not doing any work or active as the way it is in the morning or afternoon and so you need to find a food which is a bit lighter just like the food taken in the morning. Examples of food that can be eaten in the evening are vegetables and yam, plantain and vegetables, etc. you can also take some fruits in the evening like cucumber, water melon, carrots, pawpaw, apple and bananas, These are some of the fruits you can eat in the evenings.

In conclusion, eating a healthy and balanced food is the best for your system so that you won't have any health challenge. These foods I have mentioned above are some of the foods in Nigeria which we can eat and stay healthy and look fresh. If you repeat these food I have mention above for one week you will see how you will look fresh and healthy plus you will also be eating balanced diet foods. I completely agree with you that to keep our body healthy we need a food plan. Due to which we determine the correct ratio of our morning to breakfast, dinner and dinner.
Due to which we do not suffer from sleep problems. When a person follows a food plan, he gets a lot of relief. One should also avoid eating too much fried food, so that the person remains energetic.

Beautiful entry. Omo it's even been a while i took tea. Thanks for sharing meal time table. Eating healthy is good for a healthy life. Recently my friend fell sick due to the fact that she does not eat well i had to start pushing her to eat food food now she is better. I will start taking teas in the morning thanks to your post

Good diet plan is very important for staying healthy. In India, we also try to follow diet chart. I have also read that light food is good for evening. I m very thankful that you shared a good content with us

Yes, It is very important to follow good diet otherwise, there are many health issues gets generates. Especially with ages people, we have to keep in eye that what do they eat , even at what time . It impacts on their health.
