Good evening everyone, it's good to be here again today to showcase my drawing skill in this community, @steemkids community. Thank you our moderator @eliany for this opportunity to draw, which you have given to each and everyone of us today and always.

DESCRIBE A PIG

A pig is a stout looking mammal, that eats both grasses and another animals, that is to say a pig is a carnivores animal. Eating both grasses and flesh of any animal available. Pigs according to history originated from the African soil, North Africa to be precised.

A pig can even eat it's own babies if very hungry. And has not been fed or eaten to it's satisfaction.
A pig likes and mingles itself in dirty swampy environment, and eats garbages removed and thrown away from homes. A pig is found mostly in a refuse dumping grounds. Eating dirts.
A pig has a shot wagging tail. A pig has two flapping ears. A pig has two small eyes. A pig has two wide nose through which it can breath in and out. Pigs are always looking robust, fat.
A pig has numerous teeth for chewing it's food. A pig eats too much food per time.
A pig has an elongated mouth and makes sounds while eating it's food.

PIGS HAVE MALE & FEMALE TYPES

A female pig is called sow while their male counterpart are called the boar. Pig's newly born babies are called shoat, farrow or piglets. When pigs are in a group, they're called a drove of pigs.

PIGS AND THEIR BABY PRODUCTION

The female pigs produce their babies faster than every other domestic animals like chicken, goats or dogs. The female pigs produce babies like twice in one year and at each time she can give birth to as many as 15 piglets at once or even more. Female pigs carry their babies in their wombs like a 115 days before delivering her piglets. After the delivery, Sow the mother pig will breast feed her piglets for 30 good days, before weening them and getting pregnant again. Piglets grow faster as I heard, that piggery which is the process of rearing pig does very well and prospers very well in Nigeria, because of our good climate.

WHAT QUALITIES DOES PIGS HAVE

Pigs are known to be very beneficial to man, therefore by Creation pigs has so many qualities like, pigs are very sensitive to their environment
Pigs understand human emotions. Pigs reproduce faster than any other domestic animals. Pigs deliver more than 10 babies (piglets) at a time. People raise pigs in their separate built houses as a business or as a pig farmers.

Many of those that have invested in pig rearing are making so much money as I read somewhere that a well grown pig can be sold at between #30,000 or even more. Calculate 30,000 multiplied by let's say 10 piglets, it will sum up to an estimate of about #300,000 at a setting which is a steem equivalent of 2,500 steem.
If the pig gives birth again like that, within the year you will become a millionaire both in Naira Steem. So there are too many qualities pig has.

PIGS ARE EDIBLE

Pigs are food for human beings, pigs are meet to families, hotels, restaurants, and suya points. In Nigeria majority of the citizens does not eat pig meet which is also called, pork meet as when prepared for meals. Pig has a very thick sin and has so much fat. If pork is being babecued or roasted the fat in it's body like oil will be dropping. Pigs are as well known as swine, the meat being eaten is call "pork meat" pork meat is very delicious, I have eaten it sometime we lived in Hong Kong in Asia. Chinese eat pork meat a lot.

Pigs can be cross breed that's the exotic breed mating with the local breed which will produce higher quality breeds and more.

HAVE YOU SEEN ONE BEFORE? IF YES WHERE?

YES ! I have seen some at the dirty swampy environment and I have seen others in a piggery farm. Pigs move majorly in a group or droves.

ARE THEY IMPORTANT TO MAN?

Pigs and it's droves are very important to man.
Pig rearing is a serious business and investment that will keep men occupied and bring benefits.
Pork which is pig meat is served as food for man during meals, when it's killed and it will be prepared, men will eat as pork meat and very delicious and a good source of protein.
Pigs are very sensible if well termed by men.
Rearing pigs is not expensive because they eat mostly waste bin, grasses and so on.

HERE ARE MY DRAWING MATERIALS

Step 1:
Here I have just brought out my drawing materials:

** Plain sheet of my drawing paper
** Pencil.
** Eraser.
** Table where I placed my plain sheet.
** Chair where I sat down.
Step 1 :

the beginning of my drawing, the head, two ears

Step 2 :

some scatches has been made by me, part of the body the right leg and hand I have put in place, remaining the rest of the body to come.

Step 3:

In this step 3 the body, head, two ears, three legs I have put in their places but no eyes and mouth yet, they're coming.

Step 4 :

In this step 4, I have been able to add it's two eyes, mouth, nose, tail but still standing on 3 legs instead of 4 leg but they are coming.

Step 5 :

In this step 5, @ijebest putting final touches to bring out a perfect drawing. Almost every part of the pig has been drawn but remaining some final touches.
Step 6:

My drawing is ready, Ladies and gentlemen, here comes my drawn big, healthy, fat and a choice for all big !!!..... ,💃

Conclusion, pigs are animals that has been from generation to generation, and was said to have been originated from our African soil, North Africa, pig is one of the biggest mammals. Pig loves eating food, it gets hungry very fast to the extent that it can eat it's baby when hungry and food is not readily available. It's also a source of income to those rearing them.
