INTRODUCTION
Greetings my fellow steemians, how are doing this day, hope you are all doing well and there is always joy in your mind. I want to share with you all how I prepare my achi soup which was very delicious and very presentable.

When I got my ingredients, is started the cooking
Steps I used on cooking the achi soup
- Step 1:I made sure my ingredients were well prepared and there was none missing
- Step two: I first of all steam my chicken which I put my chicken, my pepper, two cubes of maggi, a pinch of salt, onions which I used in the steaming
Step three: after steaming the chicken, I add a little water which I used for cooking the achi soup.
Then I waited for the water which I added in the steamed chicken to boil in order for me to add other ingredients.
Step four: when the water boiled, I put the crayfish, and I then put the achi little by little till It finished. In the achi, I added palmoil to it and mix it totally
Then I waited for some minutes before I put the adusa leave in the soup.
Actually achi soup is one of the most easiest soup to cook in Nigeria.
HEALTH BENEFIT
It seed has contain some antioxidants which help in protecting the body against free radicals which reduce the risk of some chronic illness such as heart diseases and cancer.
It is rich in fibre which helps in promoting digestive health and a healthy blood sugar levels.
It contains magnesium, calcium which help in promoting strong and healthy bone
There are so many other health benefits of the soup which help in survival.
