this is how happy i am to be a part of steemit

My journey of joy with steemit

I first heard of steemit from a friend @ceendy20, she talk to be about how she could pay her bills from her earnings from steemit. I could see she was so happy and fulfilled, but on a second thought i was a bit not convinced because i thought to my self, why would she be talling me to join this network? What does she have to gain? Is this like all those networking stuff? What if i join and the site stops working?

All this questions filled my mind and heart, and with all those in my head, i told her i would think about it.

Few months later i met her at a function and she still had those joy and conviction she had the previouse time we met and talked about steemit.

One day during the function, i told her i was going to sign up, and she assisted me in the registration.

After the signing up she told me, I should pray for a vote from steemcurator 1, i began to pray and kept calling steemcurator o1, the post payed out, and steemcurator 01 did not vote.

After my introduction post payed out, a major need was met with the money, i got motivated, and decided to push untill something great comes out of it.

I told myself if something came out of little effort, what would come out if i put more effort, that was my motivation.

I kept kept writing, posting and engaging in others post.
I even went ahead and did my achievement till 4.

Once in a while i get discouraged because my posts where not getting voted. One of those days i chatted @ngoenyi on whatsapp and asked for guied lines on how to make quality post that would attract votes, i told her how i was feeling, she encouraged me to be active and that i was not doing so bad with my post.

After that conversiation i picked up again and became active even more, in steem womens club.
Not too long my post won quality post of the day, i was happy, my excitment was out of the world. I called everyone that knows about steemit to share my joy.

That singular experience, has been a serious motivatin for me.
I tell my recruits that, they should keep pushing, that activness brings recognition.

One of my recruit @wendy50 got voted by steemcurator 01 this week, and i was very happy for her.
