Hi lovely friends..how are you doing today? I hope you're good.. Its another week of the family contest and am so happy to participate in it. Today, I will be sharing with you about our family time and bonding. Keep reading;

Do you think family time is important for good relationship.

Family is a key to a person's development as it promotes adaptability and resilience. When a family spend time together, it creates positive effect on a child's mental health. Family time means all the forms of communication between a child or young person. Family time is important for good relationship because it tends to make family bond stronger. When a family spends time together, it creates lasting memories, contributes to a fulfilling life, enhanced emotional intelligence, improves mental health, better physical health and many more.

Spending time together helps to strengthen the bonds between family members, fostering trust, open communication, and understanding. Once a family engage theirselves in good relationship, it makes their bond more stronger, helps to improve self- esteem, building memories, eases stress, helps in developing social skills and so on. So in all, I must conclude and say that spending quality time with family enhances good family bonding and relationship.

What are your priority for family bond.

For family bonding to be more stronger, there are some certain values and principles we should prioritize and consider. These includes; loyalty, open communication, trust, time spent together, expressing love, appreciating each other, creates a positive emotional climate, engaging in shared activities, regular validation towards one another , working on good communication skills, try new things together, stay active, establish tradition, goals and values together, etc.

Share beautiful moments you captured with family

Okay.. below here are some beautiful moments I had with my family. The first picture was when we went for outing. We spent quality time together. From the picture below, you can tell how excited it is to spend quality time with family. Nothing gives joy more than spending time with your loved ones. Indeed, we really had a great time.

The next picture below is when I went for visiting at my aunt's place. I spent great moments with them, especially her children. We chatted, played, went for outing, etc. I really enjoyed staying with them. I also got gifts for them and they were really happy. I also took them to the playground where they enjoyed theirselves. There are lots more of stories I have of spending time with friends and families, but I will be stopping here.
