GOODMORNING
Today i woke up in the morning about 5:56 and first of all i went to the mosque for morning prayer and i also recited some verses of holly Quran there and then went to the garden where i performed some yoga exercises and now i am here with you to discuss today's topic
WHAT IS TECHNOLOGY
First of all we should understand that what us technology so first we understand technology and then we will move towards the kids and will try to understand the relation between technology and kids.

Technology plays an important role in lives of kids and kods and their parents take many benefits from technology for example technology helps their parents to search materials for kids and they can search online any thing beneficial for their kids

Technology has many effects on kids infact there are two effects of technology on kids and we will discuss both sides in detail because it us necessary to discuss negative sides with positive sides.

But on the other hand technology has some negative effects on the lives and brains of kids because there us a lot of material on internet which is not good for mental health of kids so parents should keep eye on their kids while they are using android phones and laptops
Technology also disturbs the mental health of kids in different ways because there is a lot of adult material on internet and if a kid watches that material even he is coke in age then it will have negative effects on his mental health as well as on physical health
