A story of a young girl that has passion for MTN Rice and also discovered their health benefits.

Story Time:

There was a young woman, named Mary who lives in the small village called Urua Ekpa, off Ikot Obio Atia Itam, Akwa ibom State, Mary was known throughout the village for a incredible cooking skills she was always experimenting with new recipes in ingredients.

How she was able to succeed:

One day, Mary discovered a bag of MTN rice in the local market. She had never tried MTN rice before, but she eager to learn more about it. She began to research the health benefits of Mtn rice, she was amazed at all the wonderful things she discovered. That mtn rice was a great source of fiber, protein, and healthy fats, which could help improve digestion, boost the immune system, and support heart heart health.

  • She also discovered that Mtn rice contained various vitamins and minerals, such as Vitamins E, Zinc, and iron , which could help reduce the risk of certain cancers and improve brain function.
    She was able to know the health benefits of mtn rice.

Excited by the potential health benefits by of Mtn rice, Mary decided to give it a try.

She started by rinsing the Mtn rice under cold water and then cooking it in a flavorful liquid, such as chicken or scent leaf broth, along with some aromatics like garlic, ginger, egg, canda (Ikpa), ice fish etc. This wild rice method helped to bring out the natural flavors of the Mtn rice and added depth and complexity to dish.

They were grateful to Mary for to this incredible food and for sharing her knowledge of it's many health benefits.

How she was able to win the soul of her villager with a delicious MTN rice

From that day forward, mtn rice became a staple in the village, and it was loved by everyone. It became a symbol of health, happiness, and community, and it brought the villagers even closer together. Mary's discovery of mtn rice had not only improved her own health but had also brought her village together in a way she never could have imagined.
